Watch Video Tour of INSIDE MARSHMELLO’S NEW $10.8 MILLION DOLLAR MANSION Being one of the largest DJ and music producers in the world can bring in a huge chunk of money. And Marshmello is no stranger to the bag and with all the money he can afford a pretty awesome house and today we are going to show you inside.
Marshmello’s new $10.8 million dollar mansion is located in Los Angeles County, California. For the safety and privacy of Marshmello we will not be releasing the direct address of the home. We also encourage you to respect his privacy by not sharing the address or visiting the home at any time.
The nearly 11 million dollar home is set on a little over half an acre of land with a stunning backyard view. The home was built in 1992 and over the last 4 years has seen renovations to the home you see today. Marshmello purchased the property in July of 2020 for $10.8 million dollars and in just a short year the home's value has risen over a million dollars. Marshmello will be looking at roughly $73,000 per year in property taxes and roughly $46,000 per year in homeowners insurance. But I don’t think the nearly $120,000 per year in basic homeownership costs will be much of an issue if you're buying an $11 million dollar home. The home is a 5 bedroom and 7 bathroom with 7,818 square feet of living space breaking down to about $1,381 per square foot. As you make your way in through the front doors of the home you have a balcony above and French doors straight ahead that lead you out into the backyard. Off to the right of the entranceway is a sitting room with a gas fireplace and doors that lead to the backyard. On the flip side you will find the formal dining room and the entrance to the home's office space which is the perfect place for an assistant to Marshmello to work out of. Moving deeper into the home you will find the main living space which features the home's kitchen. The kitchen offers marble countertops with white painted cabinets and top of the line appliances. The is a sitting area with a fireplace adjacent to the kitchen which has a picture window to the view of downtown. The is a small breakfast table situated in the corner with additional windows to the backyard. Stepping out into the backyard you have a grass terrace with plenty of patio space to look out over the view. There is a bean shaped pool with an attached hot tub for relaxing after a long session in the studio. The house being set on the side of a hill really allows for multiple levels of patio space which can be a cool feature for when throwing a massive party. This home just has so much presence to it that when you are by the pool and look up at the home it looks like a castle on the hill. Stepping back inside and down stairs you will find your way to a large family room with a gas fireplace and doors that lead out to the back terrace. This I’d also where you will find the home’s bar perfectly placed next to the backyard for easy access on a pool day. Additionally you will find a bedroom and the home's laundry room on this level. Moving back upstairs to the top floor is where you will find the master suite. Inside the master you have a large open room with a seating area at the base of the bed. There is a wet bar in the room which is something you don’t see very often. There is a private balcony that has a Birdseye view over the backyard and the valley. Stepping into the master bath you have a free standing soaking tub front and center with separate vanities on either side. There are also separate walk-in closets for Marshmello and a special someone. All of the remaining bedrooms come with their own en suite bathrooms which should be a given in a nearly $11 million dollar home. But that pretty much wraps up our tour of Marshmello’s new $10.8 million dollar mansion. (Video via Youtube: AnyHome)
