Watch Video of INSIDE A $21,500,000 AUSTIN, TEXAS PENTHOUSE It seems like everyone is moving to Texas, especially Austin. So today guys I wanted to show you inside of a $21.5 million dollar Austin, Texas Penthouse!
The $21.5 million dollar penthouse is located atop of the Four Seasons at 98 San Jacinto Boulevard on the 30th floor. The luxury complex was built in 2010 and is listed on the market with an asking price of $21.5 million dollars. Sitting atop of the Four Seasons you get all of the luxury benefits that hotel guests receive down below.
The penthouse features a private parking garage that has room for 5 cars. The new owner can expect to pay roughly $475,000 per year in property taxes. Which shouldn’t be much of an issue because by moving to Texas the new owner can skip out on any state income taxes. The penthouse is a 4 bedroom and 7 bathroom with 13,000 square feet of living space breaking down to about $1,654 per square foot. As you step off the elevator which opens up directly into the penthouse which is only accessible by key you are greeted by a sitting room with floor to ceiling windows that face directly into downtown Austin. Flanking to the left you step over into the formal dining room of the home with a unique light feature hanging from above. As you wrap the corner there is a sitting room with a gas fireplace with views facing the Colorado river. Stepping back around the corner towards the center of the penthouse you pass by a wine cellar located next to the dining room. Continue down the hall you flow into the kitchen which is absolutely stunning. Stepping into the kitchen you have two large center islands one with a built in stove top and the other with a kitchen sink and both are outfitted with bar seating. The open concept of the kitchen really makes it feel huge and with the two walls straddling the kitchen that are filled with plenty of cabinet space it frees up from having any hanging cabinets from the ceiling. Moving over into the next room you have an additional dining space and the main living room of the home. Heading down the hall you find yourself in the master bedroom which features a small sitting room. Off the master is a private balcony which faces downtown Austin and the Colorado river. Around the corner you will find the master bathroom which offers a walk-in shower and a large soaking tub with a view. In the center of the room is a doubled sided vanity to give enough from for two to get ready at the same time. Around the corner is a massive walk-in closet which should be plenty of room for all the clothes you could ever desire. The other remaining bedrooms also come with their own en suite bathrooms. At the back of the penthouse you will find an entertainment room which features a pool table and ping pong table as well as a lounge area to relax in. Because this penthouse encompasses the entire 30th floor tallying up to 13,000 square feet you really have room for everything you could possibly need. Including a separate in-law suite. Inside the guest suite you will find a living room and dining room and a separate den area. The kitchen is stunning and honestly larger than most kitchens in a normal home and this is in a guest suite. Just around the corner is the entrance to the bedroom which has views facing the river and it’s own private balcony. Stepping into the bathroom you’ll find a his and hers vanity and a large soaking tub in the center of the room. Around the corner is a large walk-in closet perfect for all of your guests clothes.
